A REJOINDER TO ADEYINKA AREMU ON HIS ARTICLE (TITLED: COURT SENTENCES ‘LAA JAMA’AH’ PREACHERS SENTENCED TO JAIL FOR DEFAMATION)

I’m appealing to as you read this script, to do so with a sincere and unbiased mind. Therefore, I testify that; non has the right to be worship except Allah alone, and I bear witness that prophet Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.
To proceed, after having read the article of Adeyinka Aremu titled as quoted above. In sha Allah, as you read through the following, you shall find the truth and nothing but the truth, to that which he deliberately tried to cover up.
At first, I would start by unveiling the truth on what really transpired between Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau, and our respected brothers Ustadh Rasheed Mustapha and Usthadh Yusuf. Without doubt; the rancour between Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau and our respected brothers; Ustadh Rasheed Mustapha and Ustadh Yusuf is not an issue of a worldly affair, rather it is a deen-originated issue, that arose after a refutation on the false statements made by Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau on a radio program and a book he wrote about the deen of Allah, part of which he condemned the permissibility of offering Jumah prayer before noon (Qobla Zawwal) and said the ummah can participate in the Taghut Voting and Democracy etc.
Before proceeding further, I felt a great need to inform my fellow Muslims and anyone who cares to listen about Democracy that has polluted the minds, the monotheism and the doctrine of the believing people. With regards to this clear cut form of disbelief, you should be aware that the word ‘democracy’ is not Arabic but Greek in origin, it’s a mixture and abbreviation of two words: ‘Demos’ meaning people, and ‘Cracy’ meaning Judgment, authority or legislation. Which literally means that; ‘democracy’ as the word implies is the people’s judgment, the people’s authority or the people’s legislation. Without expatiating more on the above definition, a Muslim with a sound creed knows that; the above word ‘democracy’ is an insult to the majesty of Allah, His deen and His messengers, for the primary purpose of obeying Allah’s command, worshipping and ruling by the Quran and sunnah has been contradicted in the meaning of democracy itself, talk more of how it is been practice.
However, it will interest you to know that; this was the act Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau was calling the Muslims youth and Ummah to participate in, before our respected brothers Ustadh Rasheed Mustapha and Ustadh Yusuf, comprehensively refuted him for, by way of defending the deen of Allah and asking him to repent, by also stating that; if we were to be under an Islamic state, he would be asked to repent by the Amir or anyone in position of authority as the case may be, and could order his execution if he fails to recant, just as the Islamic sharia entails. You would also be pleased when you check the evidence that our brothers brought to support their refutations part of which is (Quran 5:49, 42:21, 3:83-85 all on democracy) while (Hadith no 858a and b were brought on jumah prayer before noon). I also recommend you find and listen to the refutation if you can.
It was this comprehensive refutation that exposed Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau to the Ummah, which costs him to allegedly losing the respect he gained from some people. It was due to this that; Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau went to the police, petitioned that Ustadh Rasheed said he should be killed, leaving out the fact that the Ustadh actually stated, he would only be killed for making such blasphemous statement if it were to be in an Islamic state. At a long run, Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau sued Ustadh Rasheed Mustapha to court by filing a series of allegations and alleging so many things against him and Ustadh Yusuf. Lo and behold, the case later ended in his favor, leading to the imprisonment of these respected brothers.
Unfortunately, Adeyinka Aremu is not just jubilating the imprisonment of our brothers, rather he is doing so because he is also a member of the innovated sect The Muslim Congress (TMC), that which the mother body is the so called MSSN B Zone. Meanwhile our brother Ustadh Rasheed Mustapha and others has a series of lectures where they exposed the evil of sectarianism, that which is part of the headache of Adeyinka Aremu and his father Sirajudeen Bilal Asrau who is also a member of the OTM. There are so much to still be clarified, Inshallalh we would be doing so in the cause of writing another rejoinder.
Remember, this is a reminder to the true believers, and a warning to the negligent, and a clear evidence against the arrogant. Stand firm for justice, defend the deen of Allah and refute innovation and the innovators, for they have no power or might to harm us, except that which Allah has destined for us.
