1. I, Marufat Odelade, wish to seize this medium to appreciate your contributions; in cash and kind to bail me out of my health predicament-acute myeloblastic leukemia, may Allah reward you abundantly and save you and your progeny from this kind of killing ailment.
2. Having undergone chemotherapy at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC), Ile Ife between October 2016 and February 2017 with amount not less than two million naira, Al-hamdulillah that I am still alive, but the problem persists with different daily complications.
3. I was advised by the managing consultant that the curative treatment, if Allah wishes, is Stem Cell Transplant to be done in a hospital in India. “The estimate cost is about USD 42,000 (forty-two thousand US dollars, approximately,N12.6 million), excluding the cost of human leucocyte antigen (HLA) typing estimated at N 90, 000 (ninety thousand naira) each for patient and potential donor(s) and the cost of travel”. 4. With this scaring amount, I resulted to other alternative medicines, which include prophetic and local herbs, on this with weekly transfusion of blood, I have exhausted the money donated by those Allah sent to me.
My plead:
a. If you are reading this my message, please help me pray to Allah to provide me with a sound health, He can do it. This pain is becoming unbearable for my soul.
b. If Allah helps you with facilities to facilitate how I can be taken to India or any other country for Stem Cell Transplant do not hesitate to help me. This pain is becoming unbearable for my soul.
c. Before the two above, I need fund to continue the regular blood transfusions and other expenses emanated from alternative treatments which I am undergoing. NO AMOUNT IS SMALL.
