AREGBESOLA GRANTS AMNESTY TO PRISON INMATES.
In commemoration of the 56 Independence Anniversary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and pursuant to the advice and recommendations of the State Advisory Council on prerogative of mercy,the Executive Governor of the State of Osun Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, in exercising his powers under section 212(1)(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), has graciously granted amnesty to the following prison inmates presently serving their jail terms at federal prison, Ilesa,federal prison Ibara Abeokuta and maximum security prison, Kirikiri Lagos.
