National President of Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria(MSSN), Mallam Muhammad Jameel Muhammad, is expected to visit Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) today, Friday 26th August, 2016.
Though, details of his schedule is yet to be unleashed by his host, The iWitness NG gathered that his visit is not unconnected with the misunderstanding that ensued after the inauguration of new executives for the MSSN OAU.
Sources told our correspondent that Muhammad will be meeting the OAU Vice Chancellor, management and other top officials of the Muslim Community.
It would be recalled that after the inauguration of a new MSSN executives for OAU, the Salafiyah Group has continuously complained.
It was gathered that though members of the Salafiyah Group condemned the bye-law of MSSN, the group still operates with the MSSN to organise programmes.
“He will be coming to clarify issues and identify who the real MSSN to the management and other concerned,” one of the local host said.
