Hundreds of Muslims besieged Al-Hujjaj Hall and Mosadioluwa Mosque in Lagos State on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, in anticipation to get meat to celebrate Eid-el-Adha.
Struggling to ensure that the meat killed reach them, some of the beneficiaries arrived at the venues as early as 10 am instead of 2 pm that was slated for distribution.
Among those that benefitted from the Qurbani sponsored by Human Appeal, United Kingdom and Sadaqat and Zadaqat Foundation, Nigeria, are married women and men, aged, physically challenged Muslims and the blind.
