THE Chief Imam of Tarbiyyatu Islamiyyat, Ibadan, Alhaji Yakub Abdulsalam, has urged Muslims to be steadfast in the face of the current economic recession.

He said this while delivering as Eid sermon at an Boluwaji Bus Stop beside Tadomnu Islamic Organisation along Lagos -Ibadan Express Road.

He also admonished Muslims to give good tidings to those who can’t afford to slaughter ram this year, adding Rasullullah (SAW) already slaughtered one on behalf of Muslim who couldn’t afford to meet up with the ibadah across the globe.

He also cautioned Muslims from exceeding limits when observing Islamic obligations.
