The Saudi Arabian government has reportedly chosen Hausa language to be used in preaching in the holy mosque, Masjid An Nabawi, Medina.
Thus, Muslim pilgrims who understand Hausa now have chance to be taught in Hausa during their stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Magaji Falalu Zarewa PhD is the Imam assigned by the authority to teach the pilgrims in the holy mosque at King Abdul-Aziz Gate after Magrib prayer.
The Hausa-language study, according to Saudi authorities, will be taking place between Maghrib and Ishai prayers.
